27. My flu is getting better!

26. We're having sunny weather and I was outside for a while today.

25. I made it home safely in really bad rain in the dark.

24. It's sunny, H. is here and my to-do list is short.

23. H. and I are good at talking and I love feeling the freedom to do that.

22. My dog's eye doctor didn't mind when I called her on her cell phone during her vacation (and my dog will be fine!).

21. I have time and energy and motivation to keep my apartment pretty orderly without exhausting myself every time.

20. I haven't got the End of Summer cold!

19. We had time to watch the sleeping cat lying in between us.

18. It's still vacation!

17. Didn't have to deal with the flying ant attack on my own. :-)

16. After having to take my dog with me in the city today, we biked his favorite route at home. In the sun.

15. Got internet again after half an hour (gasp!) interruption. :-)

14. We both got a full night's sleep, which we needed badly!

13. Even though I'm very tired, I've gotten through the day so far (no meltdown!)!

8. I'm happy I have been getting myself to do some mildly intimidating things recently, instead of hiding my head in the sand!

7. After a tiring meeting I can go outside and enjoy a panoramic view of the sunset on the longest day of the year, while my dog happily hunts tennis balls in the bushes.

4. H. has seen where I grew up.

3. There are always people around me to buffer the world if I have a bad day.
